Calightoscope is a room filling light installation, that comes alive during a performance. The installation consists of glass bottles with LEDs and some water inside, to scatter their light into a circular lightspot on the floor. In a performance, six dancers are connected with six bottles each, which can be moved over a pulley on the ceiling. The performers move the light objects with the movement of their bodies up and down, so different constellations of the bottles and of their light on the floor develop.
Therefore the installation is scenery, stage light and huge costume for all the

performers at once, but also limits the movement range of the dancers and comes alive with them as one enormous creature.
